Performance Space

2,280 sq. foot, sprung maple floor is usually covered w/ a gray Timestep vinyl floor. Includes a sound system, lighting and a 6’ baby grand piano.

Max Capacity: 250 fixed seats

Carsen Theatre

This intimate black box theatre, unlike anything else in town, is ideal for experimental theater, student productions, original works, film, lectures & recitals.
Max Capacity: 80 fixed seats

Fees: There is a $60 facility staffing fee & a $25 light fee for Carsen Theatre rentals.

East Theatre

This proscenium theatre, with a 3/4 thrust stage and a 48-channel computerized light board is extremely adaptable and hosts performances by a variety of local theater companies.
Max Capacity: 100 fixed seats

Fees: There is a $60 facility staffing fee & a $50 light fee for East Theatre rentals.

Dressing Rooms

When you rent either the East Theatre or the Carsen Theatre, a dressing room is supplied as a part of that rental.

MacMillan Family Lobby

Large 3,079 sq. ft. centrally located space Max capacity: 150

McMahon Gallery

1,192 sq. ft. with 23’ high ceilings and clerestory windows. Exhibits change every eight weeks. Rentals subject to feasibility with exhibit.
Max capacity: 85

V-Room

832 sq. foot room w/utility sink; a popular place to hold small conferences, meetings, classes & workshops. 40 folding chairs & six banquet tables included w/rental.
Max capacity: 40
